Owner
Before taking the plunge with Diggle Lock, Jamie honed his craft locally, both at Muse, and as Head Chef at Dinnerstone in Uppermill before moving to the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester. Apart from food, his hobbies are family, football and adding to his trainer collection.
Manager
Samedi is our Front of House manager. He previously worked at several well established local bars and restaurants. Samedi is a passionate coffee geek and a trained barman - no wonder he makes a mean Espresso Martini. You will most often find him as the first face you see when you arrive and you'll hear him singing his way through service.
Head Chef
Adam is another team member that started his culinary adventure locally, before spending 3 years working in Denmark. His fine cooking skills and considerable knowledge of British and European cuisine bring flair and creativity to our menu. His hobbies include eating out, gaming and renovating his cottage with his partner.
Assistant Manager
Meet Martha, working her way from a shy girl straight from school to our new assistant manager. She's often hosting with the biggest smiles, or the face of our socials. In her time away from work she loves music, fashion, dance, art and almost anything creative, say hi next time you're in.
