Before taking the plunge with Diggle Lock, Jamie honed his craft locally, both at Muse, and as Head Chef at Dinnerstone in Uppermill before moving to the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester. Apart from food, his hobbies are family, football and adding to his trainer collection.

Adam Cheetham

Head Chef

Adam is another team member that started his culinary adventure locally, before spending 3 years working in Denmark. His fine cooking skills and considerable knowledge of British and European cuisine bring flair and creativity to our menu. His hobbies include eating out, gaming and renovating his cottage with his partner.

Jack Harper

Assistant Manager

Jack is our assistant manager, whilst he hasn't come from a hospitality background he has taken to it like a duck to water. He makes a great flat white and provides the smiles for our social media content. In his time away from work he enjoys keeping fit and playing football, before he joined us he had been working as an actor on some Netflix and ITV shows, but he doesn't like to mention it.....

Samedi Kirkbride

Manager

Samedi is our Front of House teamleader. He previously worked at several well established local bars and restaurants. Samedi is a passionate coffee geek and a trained barman - no wonder he makes a mean Espresso Martini. You will most often find him as the first face you see when you arrive and you'll hear him singing his way through service.
